DELIVERY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
ARTICLE 1 - DELIVERY CONDITIONS
1.1. Service Delivery:
RoyalRoute provides airport transfer services according to the date, time, and location details specified by the passenger at the time of reservation. The service begins at the passenger’s pick-up point and ends when the passenger arrives safely at the destination.
1.2. Reservation Confirmation:
The passenger confirms their reservation upon receiving a confirmation email or SMS after booking on www.royalroute.net. The service will not be provided without a confirmation.
1.3. Delivery Time:
The transfer begins at the time specified by the passenger and continues until the passenger arrives safely at the destination. Our vehicles will be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout the journey.
ARTICLE 2 - RETURN CONDITIONS
2.1. Cancellation and Refund Conditions:
The passenger is entitled to a full refund if they request cancellation at least 24 hours before the service begins. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service.
2.2. Cancellation Request:
The passenger must notify RoyalRoute of their cancellation at least 24 hours before the service begins via their account on www.royalroute.net or by contacting customer service via email or phone.
2.3. Refund Process:
Valid cancellations will be refunded to the payment method used during the payment process. The refund will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
2.4. Failure to Provide Service:
If RoyalRoute fails to provide the service on time for reasons other than force majeure, the passenger is entitled to a full refund. The refund will be processed upon the passenger’s request.
ARTICLE 3 - FORCE MAJEURE
Events such as natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, government decisions, strikes, and epidemics are considered force majeure. If the service cannot be provided due to force majeure, RoyalRoute accepts no responsibility, and no refund will be made. Once the force majeure situation ends, the service will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
ARTICLE 4 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For any disputes arising from these conditions, the courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction.
