PASSENGER TRANSPORT AND DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

This agreement is made between RoyalRoute (hereinafter referred to as the “Carrier”) and [Passenger's Name] (hereinafter referred to as the “Passenger”) and is accepted by the parties under the following terms and conditions.


ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement governs the terms of the airport transfer service provided by the Carrier to the Passenger and the provisions related to distance sales. The reservations and payment transactions made by the Passenger via www.royalroute.net are subject to this agreement.


ARTICLE 3 - NATURE AND FEE OF THE SERVICE

3.1. The Carrier is responsible for picking up the Passenger at the time and place specified by the Passenger during the reservation and transporting the Passenger to the airport or the agreed destination.
3.2. The fee for the transport service will be the price displayed during the reservation process on the website www.royalroute.net.
3.3. The Passenger agrees to pay the transport fee using the online payment system via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods.


ARTICLE 4 - RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

4.1. The Passenger will make a reservation for the transfer via the website www.royalroute.net.
4.2. In case of any changes to the reservation time or date, the Passenger must notify the Carrier at least 12 hours in advance.
4.3. Cancellation requests made 24 hours prior to the service will be fully refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service.


ARTICLE 5 - OBLIGATIONS

5.1. Obligations of the Carrier:

  • The Carrier is responsible for providing the transfer service safely and on time.
  • The Carrier must ensure that the vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and suitable for the journey.
  • The Carrier is obligated to take necessary precautions to ensure the Passenger’s safety.

5.2. Obligations of the Passenger:

  • The Passenger must comply with the rules set by the Carrier during the transfer.
  • The Passenger must refrain from any behavior that may endanger the safety of the Carrier or other passengers.
  • The Passenger is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the reservation.

ARTICLE 6 - FORCE MAJEURE

Unforeseen events outside the control of the parties (natural disasters, war, strikes, terrorist attacks, government decisions, etc.) are considered force majeure. In case of force majeure, if the contract cannot be fulfilled, the parties cannot claim compensation from each other.


ARTICLE 7 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For any disputes arising from this agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Antalya are authorized.


ARTICLE 8 - EFFECTIVENESS

This agreement will be considered accepted once the Passenger makes a reservation and payment via www.royalroute.net and will become effective.


This agreement has been read, understood, and electronically approved by the parties.
